讀後感：
這本書的大部分內容都逃離不了 ACE 螺旋（ACE Helix）的決策選定框架——Assess（評估）、Choose（抉擇）、Execute（執行）——起初運用於空軍戰機飛行行動。作者同時也引用法國航空447號班機空難以及其自身經驗作為其心智訓練與決策能力的「研究教材（Case study）」。

所謂人生，總會有無數次需要做出抉擇的情況。日常生活如此，工作如此，軍事行動亦是如此。何況如今環境開始變得高壓以及高風險，更得學會如何「沉得住氣」且「快速做出高效益的選擇」。
